About
Remo Fella was born in 1969 as the third of four children of a southern Italian family in Lucerne.
He studied graphics at the Art School in Lucerne from 1988-1992, and since then he has been working as a designer, photographer and artist in Lucerne, Zug and Zurich.
Remo Fella's photographs are characterised by his ability to tell a whole story in a picture. His visual aesthetics is inspired by modern black and white photography of the late 1960s. He works precisely and intuitively, in a stently dialogue with his subjects. His photographs always penetrate to the heart of the subject and give his protagonists a seductive radiance and strength.
Remo is a graphic designer, branding specialist, and photographer working across campaigns and street photography. My practice combines strategic design thinking with a strong visual sensibility, allowing me to develop distinctive brand identities and compelling visual narratives.
My website, remofella.com, presents a curated selection of my photographic work alongside current graphic design and campaign projects. My photography ranges from concept-driven campaign imagery to street photography, where spontaneous moments and urban contexts play a central role.
In addition to client work, I run an independent creative practice that includes fine art prints as well as a fashion, home, and accessories brand, all available through my website. These collections reflect my ongoing exploration of form, material, and visual culture, bridging commercial design and artistic expression.
